She has studied Dramatic Literature and Theater at the UNAM Faculty of Philosophy and Letters .
As a complementary training, he has attended workshops on stage direction, clown technique, object theater, 
voice and dramaturgy with renowned teachers from Mexico, Spain and Argentina.

She has been working as a professional actress since 1990. Since then she has participated in more than 50 productions, including: Ubú Rey, The Disgusting story of Clotario Demoniax, Black Report, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Chinese Foxes, El Melancólico, Don Juan , The Future Eva, Bad Words, D 'Improvizzo Treatise, Photography on the Beach, Albertina in Five Times, The Altarpiece of Master Pedro, At the Right Hand of God the Father, The Comedy of Misunderstandings! de las Lámparas, El Narco negotiates with God, Los Ingrávidos, Ricardo lll, Antígona, Measure for Measure and worked under the direction of Carlos Corona, Alberto Lomnitz, Germán Castillo, Ana Francis Mor, Pablo Cueto, Perla Szuchmacher, Martín Acosta, Raúl Quintanilla, Luis Rivera López, Enrique Singer, Mauricio García Lozano,

David Gaitán and Jorge Picó, among others.

She has represented Mexico at The Charleville Festival, The International Festival
Cervantino, Shakespeare Festival of Dallas, International Puppet Theater Festival in New York, Festival Internacional de Tolosa, FIT Bilbao, Red Colombia Teatro, Festival Iberoamericano de Teatro de Cádiz, Festival de Latin Theater de Virginia, USA , the World Fair in Shanghai, China, FIDAE Uruguay, Santiago a Mil, Caracas Festival, Teatralia-Madrid and the Ibero-American Theater Festival in Heidelberg, Germany
, among others.

She has been a fellow of the National Fund for Culture and the Arts and selected by Puerta de las Américas in the APAP, Association of Performing Arts Presenters, New York.

She teaches workshops on acting, improvisation, theater of objects and creative processes in different institutions, among them UNAM, the Pedagogical University and the National Institute of Fine Arts. She is the director of more than 15 shows. Among them: Garage Sale, Opera Hansel and Gretel de Humperdinck, Short Electoral Fable, La Graciosa Comitiva del Leteo, Mundos Secretos, UGA, S (ESE), Will and Sue, Pato, Muerte y Tulipán, Words on the Fly, María Tina Modotti, Fictional, Decomposed and Dido and Aeneas .

She is the author and adapter of various theater texts. She has participated in different radio and TV series for Radio UNAM, IMER, TV Azteca, Channel 40 and channel 11. She is the creator, librettist and actress of the humorous classical music series Aria de Divertimento , winner of the International Radio Biennial . It was also awarded by the Mexican Association of Theater Critics and nominated by the ACPT Awards and the Metropolitan TEATRO Awards .

Actress in the improvisation series ¿Quién Dijo Yo? of Once TV, and in the program Pájaros en el Alambre of Radio UNAM. She has been a fellow of the National Fund for Culture and the Arts in the Performing Creators with Career program and she is the director of the Núbila Teatro company (stage creation space). She is the author of the book "A Play to the Theater" and part of the repertoire of "What children so theatrical!" from editorial SM.  In 2017, she was named INBA National Sub-coordinator for Theater. She is currently in charge of the Artistic Programming Directorate at the National Center for the Arts.
